Why choose Classical Strings For Your Wedding or Event

Welcome To Classical Strings with Sue Aston
(Video Introduction - 2.5 mins - Transcript below)

Hi, I'm Sue Aston, and I'm a professional violinist and composer.
I graduated with distinction from Birmingham Conservatoire, and I've been running Classical Strings since 1995.

We have provided music for many, many weddings and events, music festivals, we've been on TV and film, and we also work as session musicians in the recording studio, so we're very experienced, and I'm here to help you through every aspect of choosing music for your wedding.

We have a wide range of ensembles for you to choose from to suit all budgets, and also bearing in mind space requirements, so we can provide solo violin (which is me!). String Duo. String Trio. Through a full string quartet, and we can also provide a singer to sing along with us.
Maybe you have a favourite song and you would like it performed with a singer, or you might have a guest or relative that would like to sing with us, I can arrange the music for that, too.

If you have a favourite song or piece of music that isn't currently in our repertoire, I will arrange one piece of music for you free of charge.
We have a huge repertoire of different styles of music, from popular classics through to my exclusive arrangement of rock, pop, and film music.

As we are based in Cornwall, we also have a selection of traditional Cornish melodies to play, as well as my own Cornish pieces.

So please get in touch if you'd like any help or any further information.
I can help you choose which ensemble would be the most suitable and I can help you choose the music.

We can meet up once you've booked and you're very welcome to come around and discuss your music requirements.

Thank you.
Sue
